What we build, in detail.

This page lists the parts: the warehouse, the connectors for your tools, the agents for your industry, and the steps of an engagement. All of it is in accounts that you control.

Your tools do not share data

Your business uses many tools. Your jobs are in one app, your invoices in another, and your customers in a third. For each report, someone rebuilds a spreadsheet by hand. Most AI tools keep your data in their cloud, under their rules.

  1. Your SaaS tools Accounting, CRM, payments, email, schedules, project tools
  2. Your warehouse One clean copy of your data, in an account that you control
  3. Your agents Draft, check, and flag work from that data
  4. You decide A person approves each important action

The three pieces

Each part is useful alone. Together, they replace the spreadsheets that people update by hand.

  1. A data warehouse that you own We put your business data in one place, in your own cloud account. It uses an open-source database, such as Postgres. You get a clean history that you can query and use for reports. If you leave us, you keep it.
  2. Connectors for your SaaS tools Connectors pull data from the tools that you use now. Then they clean and match the records, so each customer, product, or job has one record across all your tools.
  3. AI agents for your industry Agents draft replies, documents, and quotes. They answer questions about your numbers and flag problems early. Each agent uses only the tools and data that you allow. The system records each action.

AI agents for your industry

These are examples of agents that we can build. Each agent drafts or flags work. A person approves the result.

  • Property management
    • Sort maintenance requests by urgency and send each one to the correct vendor
    • Draft replies to tenants from the lease and the history of requests
    • Compare owner statements with rent, fees, and repairs
    • Track lease renewals and inspections before their due dates
  • Professional services
    • Client intake: collect documents and check for conflicts
    • Write first drafts of letters, proposals, and reports from your templates
    • Compare time records with bills before you send the invoices
    • Report on pipeline and utilization from your CRM and accounting tools
  • Field and local services
    • Draft quotes from job notes and past prices
    • Suggest schedules that include crews and travel time
    • Draft replies to reviews for a person to approve
    • Calculate job costs, and link hours and materials to invoices
  • Regulated and compliance-heavy
    • Check documents and labels against your rules, and flag problems for review
    • Track privacy and data requests until they are complete
    • Keep audit trails that show what a person checked, who checked it, and when
    • Answer policy questions from your own procedures

How an engagement works

  1. 01 Map your stack We talk about the tools that you use, the numbers that you need, and the tasks that use most of your week.
  2. 02 Build the foundation We set up the warehouse in your account. We connect your most important tools first.
  3. 03 Add agents We start with one workflow and measure if it helps. Then we add the next workflow.
  4. 04 Hand over You get the code, the documents, and the access. You can keep us for support. You do not have to.

Start with one task

We start small, with one set of tools, one report, or one weekly task that nobody likes. Tell us which one. We will tell you if it is worth the cost to build.
