Specifications select Nemotron 3 Ultra and propose commercial integrations

The proposed architecture selects NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Ultra while retaining an unresolved conflict with the earlier model ancestry requirement. The specification also proposes commercial software, licensed content supply and payout candidates without establishing vendor agreements or live integrations.

Ultra selection and unresolved ancestry

The proposed inference and adaptation plan replaces Nano and Minitron recommendations with Nemotron 3 Ultra. The documents identify Qwen and DeepSeek training dependencies and retain the conflict with the earlier ancestry requirement. Selection does not establish release eligibility.

Commercial platform proposal

The specification proposes NVIDIA AI Enterprise with NeMo as the commercial foundation. Support for the exact checkpoint, runtime and hardware still needs confirmation. Databricks and ProRata remain alternatives rather than adopted dependencies.

Content and payout proposals

The specification proposes TollBit or direct creator agreements for licensed content and Stripe Connect for payouts. Proposed integration requirements separate supplier charges, qualified-use rewards and actual payouts. They require separate permission checks for indexing, caching, retrieval, output and training.

Evaluation before adaptation

The proposed sequence starts with licensed retrieval and verified usage accounting before model adaptation. The evaluation proposal compares BF16 and NVFP4 variants on identical tasks. The index states that reported Super results do not establish Ultra performance.

Ultra license review

The audit identifies OpenMDW-1.1 as the selected Ultra download license. Proposed release conditions require review of notices, litigation termination, third-party rights clearance and compatibility with SIP additions. The audit states that adding SIP material cannot establish prior contributor enrollment or compensation.
