Business plan proposes research services for markets and community syndicates

A new business plan proposes an AI research service over authorized collections, starting with industry knowledge and later considering financial research. The project remains at specification stage.

· commit dfe9131

Organization-funded research

The plan proposes that publishers, associations or community sponsors pay to operate research services. Initial work would focus on recurring research briefs from small, authorized source collections.

Contributor permissions and rewards

The proposed service would let contributors enroll selected material voluntarily, specify permitted uses, inspect earning evidence and contest errors. Administrators would act within delegated mandates, while eligible contributors would receive agreed payments.

Conditional financial research phase

The plan proposes financial research as a separate second phase. A pilot would depend on customer evidence, data permissions, service-scope review, access controls and a separate cost model.

Proposed commercial targets

The plan proposes six managed subscriptions and $540,000 in annual recurring revenue by Month 12, conditional on delivery and sales gates. Its illustrative production scenario assumes approximately $2.40 million in opening capital, including a three-month operating buffer. These figures remain planning assumptions.
