Research proposes a managed community compute experiment
New research proposes evaluating a small, managed compute pool for asynchronous work after permission and accounting flows function. The document reports no implementation or deployment.
Proposed compute experiment
The research assesses Minions, which distributes independent inference tasks across idle Macs. It proposes batch embeddings first and retains the existing serving and model-training proposals.
Proposed execution controls
The proposal starts with organization-managed devices and public or synthetic inputs. Proposed controls restrict eligible processors, recheck permissions, validate results and reject stale attempts before settlement.
Separate proposed compensation
The proposal separates compute payments from content rewards and ties compute compensation to authorized work and accepted results. Under proposed terms adopting the 20% creator pool, compute expenses would not reduce eligible collected revenue or consume the corpus allocation.
Attribution evidence
The analysis says documented earlier work does not establish copying or influence on the assessed paper. It proposes separate records for assertions, evidence, similarity, acknowledged influence and agreed payments.
