Documents propose a research assistant pilot and contributor royalty terms
New documents propose a research assistant that checks source permissions, provides attribution receipts and records eligible contributor use. The project remains at specification stage; no application, trained model or production payment system exists.
Research assistant proposal
The proposed pilot uses approved documents to answer questions with supporting sources. The proposal places permission checks and financial decisions outside the model.
Proposed contributor payments
The draft proposes allocating 20% of eligible collected revenue to contributors. Proposed pool shares allocate 60% to training and licensed corpus, 20% to prompt and workflow reuse, and 20% to adopted ideas and suggestions. These proposed contractual terms do not automatically reward every submission or ordinary prompt.
Permission and attribution proposals
Proposed admission rules separate permissions for training, retrieval, quotation and other uses. The proposal requires explicit consent for shared training on customer conversations. The documents distinguish supporting citations from proof of ownership or training influence.
Local pilot roadmap
The proposed first implementation uses synthetic fixtures, deterministic model adapters and simulated payments. The roadmap proposes real payouts, production deployment and independently trained models as later work.
Proposed verification requirements
Proposed checks cover denied access, tenant isolation, revocation, fabricated citations, duplicate events, financial rounding, disputed payments and worker recovery. Proposed completion criteria require a demonstration from contribution submission through a reproducible statement and simulated settlement.
