Specification adds proposed Super Intellectual Property framework and voluntary syndicates
The revised specification proposes Super Intellectual Property to recognize works, ideas, contributions and influences through evidence and agreements. The project remains at specification stage, with no application, trained model or production payment system.
Expanded recognition
The proposed framework separates ownership, permission, credit, governance and payment records. It does not claim a new statutory property right.
Voluntary syndicates
The proposal lets contributors form groups to administer selected contributions under accepted charters and scoped mandates. Proposed membership terms preserve individual credit without automatically transferring ownership or licensing works.
Reviewed attribution
The proposed attribution process uses AI to suggest relationships and identify missing credit. Authorized reviewers must approve changes to permissions, accepted credit or payment eligibility. Similarity alone cannot establish ownership, permission or payment claims.
Proposed revenue sharing
The proposed allocation track for ideas, contributions and influences retains a 20% share of the contributor pool. Proposed syndicate distributions require accepted beneficiary shares, and influence payments require explicit agreements. The proposed default administration fee is zero, and multiple memberships cannot multiply the same entitlement.
Expanded pilot requirements
The proposed pilot adds syndicate mandates, reviewed influence links, member allocations and simulated settlement. Proposed verification covers member privacy, unsupported AI attribution, duplicate claims, mandate withdrawal and member exit.
