Proposed creator rewards

SIP Creator Rewards proposes compensation under accepted contribution agreements. The specification distinguishes qualified use, estimated earnings, earned balances and payouts, and requires simulated payout labels in the proposed pilot.

Source sharing and attribution draft

The proposed SS-SIP license permits commercial use and training while requiring source sharing and attribution when recipients distribute covered material. Proposed influence notices cover identifiable material that contributors knowingly rely on. Publishing the draft does not relicense repository content or third-party material.

Optional marketplace agreements

The proposed marketplace terms require reviewed authority, complete orders and acceptance from every required party before fulfillment or payment. They keep public license rights independent of marketplace accounts, membership and fees. Listings and AI assessments alone create no payment obligation under the proposal.

Proposed compensation options

The proposed 20% contributor pool and 60/20/20 track allocation apply only when an accepted agreement selects them. The draft proposes zero administration fees unless an accepted schedule specifies otherwise. Proposed statements separate estimates, posted balances, holds, adjustments and payment status.

Proposed implementation architecture

The architecture proposes a Rust application core, Python AI services, Prefect workflows and PostgreSQL storage. It selects Nemotron for proposed inference and later adaptation on admitted data. The proposed local pilot uses deterministic model adapters and simulated payments before separate GPU experiments.
